Summary of case history ,Patient Song, male, 28 years old. On November 30, 2009, he went to see a doctor because of 'palpitation intercropping for more than 2 years, aggravated for 2 weeks'. More than 2 years ago, the patient developed nasal obstruction, sore throat, fever, cough, expectoration, and palpitation after catching cold. The temperature was as high as 40 ℃ without chills. western medicine hospital diagnosis of 'pneumonia, myocarditis, arrhythmia'. At present, the patient has palpitations sequelae, each time due to overwork, the cold is aggravated. In the past 2 weeks, the patient was admitted to the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine because of increased palpitation after exertion. Symptoms and signs: The patient is clear and energetic, with palpitation at times, aggravating after exercise, with chest tightness, shortness of breath, no precordial pain, spontaneous sweating, night sweats, cough or expectoration, no fever, difficult to sleep after waking up. The tongue is red, the moss is thin, and the veins are knotted. ,TCM diagnosis and syndrome ,Palpitation ,(,Syndrome of Qiyinliangxu and Dufuxinmai),Western medicine diagnosis, Viral myocarditis (chronic phase),Therapeutic methods ,The treatment principle of traditional Chinese medicine is to yiqiyangyin, qingtoufuxie and huoxuetongluo. The medicine is firstly the addition and subtraction of Shengmai San, and it is accompanied by, Forsythia suspensa, Wild chrysanthemum flower, Loofah sponge, and ,Earthworm,. Then it is the addition and subtraction by Shengmai San and Danshen Yin, supplemented by, Leaving reed ,and, Prunella vulgaris,.,Clinical outcomes, improved.
