Summary of case history ,A 12-year-old boy went to our outpatient clinic mainly due to "purpura with abnormal urinalysis", 1 month ago after the child had a cold, the child began to appear scattered distribution of dark red purpura on both lower limbs, slightly protruding skin, pressure without discoloration, symmetrical distribution, more common near the ankle joint, the local investigation of blood routine normal, urine routine protein+, microscopic examination of red blood cells 5-9/HP. The child was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and Fosinopril, the purpura gradually reduced, but still recurring, monitoring urine routine protein trace, microscopic examination of red blood cells 5-15/HP, for further treatment, came to our clinic, urine routine protein +, microscopic examination of red blood cells 10-15/HP. four consultation information: the child's appetite is poor, there is bitter mouth, occasional abdominal pain, dry stool, no sweating performance. The child has a normal body temperature, no arthralgias, a red tongue with a slightly greasy yellow coating, and a slippery pulse.,TCM diagnosis ,purpura,damp-heat in the lower jiao, damaged kidney ligaments and blood-heat delusion.,Western medicine diagnosis ,allergic purpura nephritis.,Therapeutic methods ,Using Traditional Chinese medicine, the treatment was to clear the damp-heat in the lower jiao, activate blood circulation, remove blood stasis and open the ligaments.,Clinical outcomes ,After treatment, the purpura subsided and the urinary routine returned to normal, and the child's condition improved.
