The patient developed epigastric distention, stuffiness, and stomach cold 5 months ago, with no obvious incentive, intermittent attacks, mild to severe symptoms, fear of cold stimulation, eating raw and cold things will cause or aggravate epigastric distention and stuffiness, not taking it seriously. 4 months ago, symptoms were worsening with frequent episodes. He went to a local Chinese medicine clinic and took medicines such as ,Xiaojianzhong ,Decotion and ,Fuzi Lizhong, Pills for more than a month. Discontinue the drug after symptoms such as dry mouth, bitter taste, and anorexia occur. On October 23, 2019, an electronic gastroscope was checked in a local tertiary hospital, which showed: chronic atrophic gastritis, and pathology showed: moderate atrophy with moderate intestinal metaplasia. In the clinical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis, Professor Liu Qiquan is good at grasping the main pathogenesis. For patients with "stomach cold" as the main clinical manifestation, he advocates "removing the symptoms from the tongue, the symptoms from the pulse, and the detailed identification of the pathogenesis", and innovatively proposed "If it is not normal, it will be cool, and if it is normal, it will not be cool."
