Medical history summary, CHEN, female, 14 years old, mainly due to "recurrent rash of both lower limbs for more than 2 months", went to the pediatrics clinic of our hospital on October 4, 2021. Diagnostic information: The child with clear mind looked spirit. Her lower limb rash was not completely subsided, more in the anterior tibia, dark purple and patchy size. The pressure did not fade her rash. She had no abdominal pain or joint pain. She could eat, sleep, bowel and urine normally. The tongue was red, the moss was thin and yellow, and the pulse was slippery and quick.,TCM diagnosis, purpura (blood-heat syndrome).,Western medicine diagnosis ,Henoch-Schonlein purpura.,Therapeutic methods ,Modified Xijiao Dihuangtang was given to clear heat and cool blood, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, dispel wind and detoxify. In addition,xiaofeng granule was given to resist allergy.,Clinical outcomes, The child's rash subsided and did not recur within 3 months.
