One Case Report of Tic Disorder Induced by External Wind
Summary of case history,: Yan, male, 6 years old. Due to "intermittent blinking, nose shrugging and throat clearing for 3 years,aggravated for 2 months", no obvious abnormality was found in blood routine examination, blood biochemistry, EEG, brain fluctuation diagram and other examinations in other hospitals successively. He was diagnosed as "tic disorders", and given sensory training,Jing Ling oral liquid,probiotics, etc. However, the curative effect was poor and stopped using it on his own. For further treatment, he went to our department on August 27, 2020. Four diagnostic information: normal body, pale complexion, frequent blinking, shrugging nose, clearing throat, shrugging shoulders, tummy, shaking head, red pharynx, red tongue, thin white fur, floating pulse.,TCM diagnosis,: Liver wind syndrome, external wind induced syndrome.,Western medicine diagnosis,: tic disorders, Tourette Syndrome.,Therapeutic methods,: Jing Fang Da Biao Tang was used to disperse wind, relieve exterior, search wind and dredge collaterals.,Clinical outcomes,: After treatment, tic symptoms were basically relieved, and Chinese medicine was gradually reduced.
