Summary of case history ,Yue, a 12-year-old boy, presented to the hospital with "eye squeezing and voice in the throat for more than 1 year". He was diagnosed with "tic disorder" and was treated with Colistin transdermal patch without any significant improvement. After treatment with Colistin transdermal patch, no significant improvement was observed. The symptoms were: repeated squeezing of the eyes, grinning, "oh-oh" sound in the throat, occasional obscenities, spitting and salivation, involuntary shaking of the right side of the limbs, which was obvious when he was agitated. He has normal vital signs and is in good general condition, with a pale complexion, blue around the eyes, conjunctival congestion, and no abnormalities in the heart, lungs or abdomen.
