Summary of case history ,The patient had no obvious inducement to have low back pain and fatigue 10 years ago, and was diagnosed as chronic renal insufficiency by the local hospital. The patient was treated with Kaitong, Jinshuibao, Niaoduqing and other drugs for a long time, but the symptoms were recurrent. On the aggravation of the disease a year ago, it was found that creatinine increased continuously. It was diagnosed as "hypertensive nephropathy with renal insufficiency ckd3-4 stages" in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University for nationalities.
