Summary of case history ,Patient, female, 50 ears old, was admitted to our department on September 19, 2021 with condyloma acuminatum due to " three months of perianal verrucous vegetation". The patient had no obvious inducement to appear perianal verrucous vegetations in August 2019. She was treated in a local hospital and diagnosed with condyloma acuminatum. The pedestrian papillomavirus (HPV) genotyping test showed that the high-risk types 52 and 56 were positive. After two and a half months of treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, the number of vegetations did not change significantly, but increased. In order to seek further treatment, she went to our department. Symptoms: Verrucous vegetation arounded the anus, white in color, slightly hard in texture, varies in size, with a diameter of about 6-8 mm for the large and about 2-3 mm for the small, and the number was nearly 20. She had no other uncomfortable symptoms.
