Summary of case history, Kuang, female, 55 years old, had no obvious cause of right upper abdominal pain and progressive exacerbation in April 2014. And an abdominal MRI was performed on May 5, 2014, suggesting an occupational lesion in the gallbladder, hepatic hilar and posterior pancreatic head, with a high possibility of malignancy, the metastasis was not excluded. From May 2014 to May 2015, the patient was treated with Chinese medicine injection in another hospital, and then stopped treatment because of weakness of both lower limbs and influence on activities. For further TCM treatment, the patient visited our hematology-oncology outpatient clinic on August 5, 2015. Information of the four consultations: pain in the right upper abdomen from time to time, abdominal distension, weakness, pain in both lower limbs, affecting activities, no cold and fever, no abnormal sweating, no chest tightness, shortness of breath, poor nausea, occasional nausea, purple dull tongue, obvious veins under the tongue, white and greasy moss, sunken and smooth pulse.,TCM diagnosis, Accumulation, deficiency of positive qi, evidence of phlegm and stasis interconnection.,Western medicine diagnosis, Malignant tumor of gallbladder (Bottom of gallbladder).,Therapeutic methods, From August 2015 to December 2018, the main treatment was based on simple Chinese medicine to support Zheng and consolidate, resolve phlegm and disperse nodules, activate blood and detoxify the toxin, and surgical treatment was performed in March 2019.,Clinical outcomes, The patient obtained a long survival period after treatment with Chinese medicine and successfully completed cholecystectomy. On June 20, 2022 follow-up, the patient has no obvious uncomfortable symptoms and no recurrence.
