Summary of case history ,Patient , female, 32 years old, chief complaint: not contraception and pregnant for 2 years.In March 2019, the patient underwent medical abortion due to fetal termination. Since that time she was not pregnant after the abortion, she received salpingography in March 2020, which indicated that the left fallopian tube was obstructed and the right side was obstructed. Two times of subsequent in vitro fertilization (IVF) embryo transfers failed because the embryos were not implanted. When the patient saw a doctor, the complexion was dull and greasy, irritable, and the lower abdomen was dull and painful. The tongue is light red, white and greasy coating, edge teeth marks, thin and weak pulse. The treatment is to clear heat and drain dampness, dissolve blood stasis and unblock meridians and collaterals. The oral treatment is to add and subtract Hongteng Baijiang Powder, and Tengjiang Tongqi decoction with external use, and to shorten the course of disease. After 2 months of treatment, the patient was re-examined by salpingography: bilateral patency.
