Summary of case history ,Patient, female , 37 years old , married. Medical record: 1417355. The main clinical manifestation were lower abdomen pain for more than 20 days. The clinical diagnosis was pelvic inflammatory disease and hydrosalpinx .,Symptoms and signs ,Without obvious inducement, the patient developed lower abdominal pain accompanied by fever, nausea, and lumbago.
