Summary of case history ,The patient, female, 22 years old, saw a doctor because of vulvar pruritus for more than 4 months and aggravated for 1 week. The pruritus of vulva was obvious, especially in sultry weather and at night. The tongue is red and cracked, and there are teeth marks on the edge. Gynecologic examination showed vulva assumes hoar, atrophy slightly. In the treatment of nourishing blood and clearing heat, dispelling wind and relieving itching as the major method, oral prescription with self-drafted Zidi Yanghu decoction, external washing prescription with self-drafted shougui xiyang decoction. After 2 months of treatment, all the symptoms were cured, and the intervention was stopped at the same time.
