Summary of case history ,Cheng, female, 68 years old, went to the hospital because of "Stomach upset for more than 4 months". In May 2012, the patient underwent gastroscopy in Handan Central Hospital because of stomach discomfort, and it showed: Cardia polyp was malignant. Subsequently, a total resection of gastric cancer was performed in the hospital. The postoperative pathology showed: poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, invading the deep muscle layer, and lymph node metastasis in 3/4. Self-made Yiqi Jiedu Decoction is used, and cooperates with Jianpi Yishen granules to nourish qi and nourish blood, strengthen the spleen and kidney, and reduce the adverse reactions of chemotherapy.,Clinical outcomes, The patient refused to continue chemotherapy, and has been taking traditional Chinese medicine conditioning treatment. The condition is stable and the quality of life is high.
