Summary of case history ,The patient, female, 52-year-old, had bilateral knee pain for more than 2 years and aggravated left knee pain for 1 week.In the morning, knee stiffness, walking difficulties, showing a progressive aggravation trend, knee acid swelling swelling pain, knee eye pain, cold aggravation, limited activity.,Symptoms and signs ,Light red tongue, thin and white moss, smooth pulse strings,TCM disease and syndrome ,Bi syndrome, pain bi,TCM treatment ,Promote blood circulation, promote qi, connect collaterals and relieve pain,TCM diagnosis ,Pain bi, qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,Western medicine diagnosis ,Bilateral osteoarthropathy of the knee joint,Therapeutic methods ,Acupuncture, ①Main points: Dubi (ST 35), Neixiyan (EX-LE 4), Ququan (LR 8), Xiyangguan (GB 33), Ashi points; ②Meridian points: Foot Yangming meridian: Zusanli (ST 36), Liangqiu (ST 34), Futu (ST 32), Fenglong (ST 40); Foot Shaoyang meridian: Fengshi (GB 31), Xuanzhong (GB 39), Zulinqi (GB 41), Yanglingquan (GB 34). Acupuncture was performed with 0.22 mm×40 mm needles, and Ququan was penetrated through Xiyangguan, and acupuncture was performed at each point for 10 s. The needles were retained for 30 minutes each time, and red light was added.
